SmartPlug enables SmartPhone users to place calls directly from their mobile address book or memory, seamlessly diverting calls through TEL3’s service.

Auto Credits:
TEL3 is committed to provide the highest level of quality to its mobile customers and we mean it! When circumstances beyond our control result in occasional disruptions in service, our intelligent Platform (or iPlatform) will automatically detect your call and the destination you are calling to. It will then open a trouble ticket with the underlying service provider to make sure we escalate and resolve the issue in the shortest time possible. But that is not only it! To show you our commitment we will also issue 3 minutes worth of free talk time credit automatically while sending you an email or SMS (depending on your communication settings) notifying you within an hour of the issue. This process is completely automatic and no action or input from you is required for any of this.

TEL3 SMS Service:
With our TEL3 SMS service, you can get your latest balance information, change your recharge mode and receive auto-credit information via SMS. FREE MINUTES - Everyone loves free. So do we at TEL3Advantage™! So at sign up, we give you a certain amount of free minutes that you can use to call the destination of your choice.

PIN-Free Dialing and Instant Access Numbers
At TEL3Advantage™ we know how inconvenient it is to have to dial a PIN every time you make a call, for this reason we created Instant Access Numbers and Smartplug. If you have smartplug installed to your phone, you can make direct calls to your destination number. However, if your phone is not compatible with Smartplug, don't worry: When you sign up with us, you can program up to 10 Instant Access numbers via the web or thru customer service. These are numbers that you expect to make frequent calls from. Anytime you place a call from any of these numbers, you will only have to enter the Toll Free Access Number: 1-800-999-5090 or Local Access Number in your area, and then the number you wish to call. By registering these phone numbers, you alleviate the inconvenience of entering the account number and PIN each time you make a call. With this feature you can easily access the service from the convenience of your home, office and mobile phone.
99 phone number Speed Dial
TELAdvantage™'s market studies have shown that the majority of all phone calls made by any household or business are to a relatively small number of destination numbers. You can register 99 phone numbers into your account's speed dial list and then print the list out. This way whenever place a call to the people you call the most, you simply enter the 2-digit speed dial number and you're connected.
Sub-accounts
If you have multiple users in your household or workplace you can create several sub accounts all under the same plan and under one account number. This way each individual has the ability to monitor their own account with an individualized PIN from one central account. You even have the option of using different credit cards for different sub accounts, if you wish to separate the charges of each individual account.
